Privacy control

Delete your Sched account

You can start a cancelable account-deletion request in the app or contact support if you cannot sign in.

Delete your account in the Sched app

  1. Sign in and open More.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Review what will be removed and retained, enter DELETE, and submit the request.

Sched immediately shows the scheduled processing date. You can continue to sign in during the seven-day cancellation window and cancel from the same screen before processing begins.

Organization owners

If you are the last active owner of an organization, you must transfer ownership to another active member before requesting deletion. This prevents an organization and its legally significant records from being left without an authorized administrator.

What happens after seven days

  • Your authentication account and active access are deleted, including sign-in sessions and connected authentication accounts.
  • Push devices, personal notification settings, owned API credentials and webhooks are deleted; calendar access is revoked.
  • Direct profile information is scrubbed, including name, email, image, phone, address, emergency contact, birthday, and custom profile fields.
  • Employer-controlled workplace content, including messages, announcements, and logbook entries, may remain with a pseudonymous author under the employer's retention controls.
  • Schedules, attendance, timekeeping, payroll, compliance, certification, and audit history may remain under a stable pseudonymous member identity when your employer or law requires retention.
  • A non-sensitive identity digest, request status, and timestamps remain as evidence that the deletion request was fulfilled.

This process removes your identity and product access; it does not promise immediate hard deletion of records your employer must retain. Contact your employer about its workplace-record policy. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

If you cannot sign in

Email neima@nakhaee.us from the address associated with your Sched account and include your organization name. We will verify the request before starting the same seven-day process. Never send a password, sign-in code, or workplace records by email.
